40 hours of postpartum doula service with 2-4 visits per week.

  • Education on milk storage, bottle and breast pump cleaning

  • Meal prep and snack prep for birthing parent

  • Laundry for birthing parent & newborn

  • Stocking nursery & diapering stations

For parents who just want the basics

20 hours of postpartum doula service with 2 visits per week

These services can include: 

  • Newborn care while parents rest or spend time with their other children

  • Light household organization

  • Education on typical postpartum recovery including PPMD, newborn development, & breast and bottle feeding

LOVE BUg Mini Package

Have date night on your doula! 
 

This package includes 1 hour of dinner preparation and 2-3 hours of newborn care while the parents enjoy their meal. 

Labor support Boxes
Photography

Receive once, monthly, or once every trimester. 

Boxes can include:

  • 1-2 birthing prep books

  • Aromatherapy candle or pre-mixed oil

  • Birthing support device (birthing ball, ice packs, etc.) 

  • Comfort measure how-to card

  • Encouraging note from me
